It is played without actually touching the instrument, and it reacts solely to electronic impulses emitted by hydrogen molecules in the fingers of the player. Terry Rendall has dedicated years of constant practise to developing the necessary sensitivity in his fingers. Today, audiences worldwide are fasinated by his gala programme.
